John Dollus
with Pabst Blue Ribbon? Yeah, I think a few of those really help with the new rendering engine option.

Josef Wienerroither
Funny! After 23 years of Max... speaking of ribbons...don't you just love it when they change the icons. there will be a quiz later v You realize that they did not only change the icons but ported the UI over to Qt and making it HPPI aware ? New icons themself are of clean design, which is good, only if Autodesk as a whole would not stick to some awkward cyan color theme
Virgil Johnson
I go along with cyan problem. Icons look so much the same and bland. Seems like a graphic designer being cute and hip and not thinking about function. Max seems always to be designed by a committee. Trying the offerings...I have not had much luck with script scene converter nor can I get the active shade to appear in a viewport as advertised. I am going with Autodesk's learning channel on YouTube at the moment. https://www.youtube.com/user/3dsMaxHowTos\ v
