Hi.every 1 i am planing to buy a dual Intel Xeon Processor E5-2650 v4 i am loooking for best mother board and liquid cooler can any 1 suggest me the best..

You will be looking at a ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS or ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS probably, with a good M.2 drive.

 

There are more dual s2011-3 products from Supermicro, Gigabyte etc - all same performance as all Dual slot s2011-3 use the same Intel® C612 PCH chipset with very little customizations. The Asus ones are more oriented for desktop use, while the rest are more server oriented, stripped down of USB & SATA port fluf.

 

Best water cooler? There is none...There won't be lots of overclocking, so you won't be going higher than what a good twin-tower air-cooler or a CLC from Corsair, Coolermaster or NZXT (amongst others) closed loop cooler can support. I would think 120mm thick radiator options, like the Corsair H80i v2 should do the job with maximum mounting flexibility in most cases that can accommodate a EBB sized mobo.
