Recommended Posts

Pure black diffuse

Light yellow reflection (255,237,155 as a starting point)

Fresnel reflections

High IOR (~8)

Reflective glossiness to suit whichever BRDF you choose - recommend GGX.

Noise map in bump; scale to suit.

 

This should get you somewhere near what you're after, from there on in it's about the materials subtleties that you need to tweak - colour, bump, glossiness maps, etc.
