Radeon Pro SSG - 1TB GPU

Recommended Posts

Well that's interesting.

Seeing as the Pascal Titan X ("2") is again 12GB vram only, and 16 and 24 is reserved for P6000/5000 Quadros, I don't see GPU renderers massive adoption in next 1-2 years again. It's pity.

I can't decide who's milking the market more, Intel or nVidia.

I've long said the VRAM limitation is what's stifling the uptake in GPU rendering. As soon as you can get a (relatively) cheap card that can render a 32GB+ scene is the day that it takes off, I think.
