Having problems buying Vray from the shop

First of all i'm sorry if this isn't posted in the correct scetion.

I have been trying to buy V-Ray for 3ds max on the shop but it keeps telling me that the phone number I entered is invalid.

Now, the reason it's invalid is because i'm from Denmark, and we do not use the same phone number format as other countries do. But does that mean I can't buy V-Ray from the store then?
