What is it reflecting? If the light is from above and the camera is above and it's white or bright or a visible light above with a reflective material, it's going to look washed out because of what it's reflecting.

That's my quick take on it anyway fwiw

here are the position of the light and the value of the vray light and the position of the camera with the value of a standard camera.

i will add a vray sun because the bathroom has a window but this was a test render to see the material of the tile if it was ok. i always have problem with glossy tiles. They always render washed out.

As mentioned by CG, if you have only one big light right avobe the tile you are not giving any contrast or light variation to the tile surface to reflect.

Instead using such large light, if you use smaller lights, like that bathroom in real life will have, then you'll have more variation in your lighting, and that will be reflected in the reflections and glossy materials.

You can also put a B/W texture in the reflection and glossy channel to create variations, if you use a solid color, the whole distribution will be even.

Last but not least, what color mapping are you using? remember that you can always give more contrast in post too.

hope this help.
