joelmcwilliam
A 4k big ass monitor is great for production. You will have to move your head and mouse a little bit more, but your productivity will highly improve, because you can fit so much more on your screen compared with your current monitor. Your models will be big and you can display all the submenu's. If you have the space on your desk you can even look on amazon at 40 inch or bigger monitors. You can get a great deal. But benq makes great monitors. What's your graphics card?

RyderSK
At 32", 4k isn't issue even for applications that don't scale properly. It's +/- 140 PPI, which is really nice, but nowhere close to what current crop of laptops and tablets reach ( 250-330+ PPI), or cellphones (some are reaching 800+ ). 4k 13.3" laptop is where issues arise, but 32" was fine already 3 years ago. Still, make sure you are on the latest versions of software to get the support, with 3dsMax, it's the 2017 version.
