2016 autodesk university vegas attending???

To early to ask who is planning to go. This is my first year. Where are all the visualization people going to be staying? Would love to plan some meet-ups and grab some drinks/ dinner.

 

Who's been before and has any advice? Like "If you get Jeff Mottle his first drink, he'll pick up the tab the rest of the night.";)

I don't know the date yet, but I usually also host an informal CGarchitect dinner. Last year I think we had around 40 people. It's generally by invite only and friends of friends, to keep it easier to manage, but email me at jmottle@cgarchitect.com and I'll add you to the notification list once I post it. You'll also want to be on Facebook as this is the only place it's announced. Everyone covers their own bill and dinner is generally $100-200, but I've been known to pick up the tab for my table and rounds of nice Scotch afterwards
