odd music video I did a while back, with architectural history

Three years ago I did this music video with my colleague Sven Johnson. A week before we delivered it, the musician decided to rework the storyline of his songs/video. There were three videos that were linked and mine references the other two. But they were re-cut into something else, which sucked considering the work and storytelling I put into the version he commissioned us to do.

 

The video has been 'private' ever since, as the song never got officially released. I keep waiting for that, but finally give up. It's a great song. By Andre Mistier/The Adversary:

Please go easy on me for the walk cycles, it's not easy to have five minutes of walking to animate, and on a small budget. I actually filmed Andre walking and built it on HIS walk. Maybe should have gone more generic.

 

The work is modeled and animated in Cinema4D, rendered in vray.
