Calculation Internal Wall Area!!

Hi..

 

I need to calculate internal walls areas for different rooms with different finishes,

but I can't get the exact areas cause [Walls Schedule] doesn't give the exact

internal area without wall thickness, and also for Length it calculates from wall

center line!!

I tried Room schedule but it doesn't give Walls areas!!, only Walls Finishes.
