In what format do you get the requirements from the client?

Hi Everyone!

 

We're Deckor, an ArchViz studio based out of Delhi, India. Our parent company develop softwares and apps and we'd love to know in what format do the clients send you the requirements?

 

Some of our customers share the intent and design via. Google Slides along with the Sketchup Model which helps. Some share the Autocad files and the images via. email. We're in a process to create an online tool to make lives of our clients (Architects and Interior Designers) easier to manage the workflows and the approval process etc. It gets messed up over the emails.

 

Do you guys use any kind of tool to manage your workflow currently?
