Mobile VR - good tool for reviews/presentations?

Hey guys,

 

I was recently at a meetup about architectural VR and they were discussing the pros and cons of mobile VR.

Ive been making a couple of these VR tours myself, but I dont see it becoming too popular still

Whats your take on this - is it worth the effort to render 360? Is it beneficial for sales/design cycle?
