kamikaze
I have encountered this(lighting override) many times now and i use it when i want to illuminate objects and make neon lights. But how come ives seen in this forum, people advicing to switch objects to advanced lighting override to correct some rendering problems?? What does this do? does it make your radiostiy rendering more predictable?? what quick fix does this solve? thanks people!!! ( abicalho...maybe you can help) thanks!! Ricardo Eloy
Advanced Lighting Override (as you can tell by the name) overrides all advanced lighting properties for a specific material. With it, you can control bleeding, illuminance and many other radiosity-related features for that material. Be sure to check the documentation that comes with your copy of 3ds max.
