blackspirit
Hi, do you know why I get these white dots? Putting sub pixel mapping on makes no change, increasing mats and light subdivs only makes it worse, it goes from dots to white strokes. Anyone knows? Francisco Penaloza
You need to balance better the lighting in your scene. IF you are using Self illuminated materials, try not to make them too bright. Any light you are using should not have too high values this are over bright areas that are hard on the initializing. Sub pixel should help but if your scene is too dark and your light too bright, they will stay there no mater what. This was more common also with older V Ray versions. The shader has changed and this should not occur that often now. Are you using Objects from previews version of V Ray? if so when open in 3D Max you should accept the warning that V Ray gives you and to a shader and V Ray settings translation to the newest version.
