Larissa Holderness
Working on an animation in Lumion 7.0.1. The modeling was done in SketchUp 2016. Imported the file, had wonderful luscious grass ... then, Lumion crashed during a still render. Now, my grass doesn't work. When I reopened Lumion, the 2D grass material I applied was different ... and the '3D blades' didn't show up. Figured this was just a small issue but, I cannot fix it. I have tried reapplying a different 2D Lumion Grass. I have restarted Lumion. I have reimported the SKP into Lumion twice (once just refreshing the link, once reloading from a 'new model'). Nothing has worked. Suggestions? Lumion also lost my layer names and did some jacked up stuff to my lighting (which is fixed now).
Francisco Penaloza
You may need to report this on Lumion tech website. I didn't have the same problem but I had an issue with a ghost geometry, the only solution for me was start the scene from scratch. Hope is not your case. Larissa Holderness
I certainly hope it isn't a start from scratch scenario. Thinking that maybe merging everything into a new lumion scene would help - sort of like it does with 3D Max when it loses it's mind.
Larissa Holderness
Ok. Merging everything into a new file worked. *PHEW*
