Michael Pickard
Hi there, Im working on a project for an exterior shot of a building. When trying to input my HDRI map and then rendering it out the background is huge compared to the rest of the scene. (show in attachment) How do i scale down the map so it fits my scene better? Thanks
Nicolai Bongard
This has been covered a lot on these forums. Please use the search function in the future. The spherical HDRI`s cannot be scaled. The common solution is to use backplates taken from the same photosession as the HDRI, or to use a HDRI that does not have anything other than the sky and model the surroundings of your building. Michael Pickard
Ye sorry about that, i did look but couldn't find a to the point answer. I've ended using using a different hdri map and modelling the background in which has worked quite well, Thanks for you help
