heni30
Actually, there will be a karmic payback via the embarrassment when he's not able to re-produce the quality of the samples.
Francisco Penaloza
all of above, plus let the respective companies also know. I usually do that when I see similar issues or some other websites selling pre-made object from other companies without permission.
laurst
I might need some advice please. I don't know how to write a specific question but here's what happened: almost a year ago some guy over exceeded an agreement regarding price levels per size of project and in the end the collaboration was over also, he didn't pay the amount of work that was finished(images called 100%) in these past months I left the issue behind because it affected two months of work and needed to recover the damage by working much more two days ago I found out he used that work in his benefit. he had no written agreement from me to use the images. so I intend to claim all the copyrights on any major website he posted my work. what kind of documents should I provide? there are just emails, some pdf regarding conversations and of course the original documents proving I'm the content creator also these images were used in all sorts of real-estate media. should I notify those companies that they are using and promoting work under copyright infringement? anyone experienced and succeded this procedure? thanks

You can threaten but unless you follow through it's useless. Consider how much time you will spend hunting the deadbeat down and is it worth it.
