Currently working on a scene that requires mounting on a foam core board that is 36" x 21". The work won't be viewed too closely however, the same image will be printed for a book that is 11" wide by whatever. So, the dpi has to be pretty good (better than 72). Now, what size should I render this out as? Would 10,000 pixels (using a 16:9 ratio) be overkill? Would 6,000 be ok? Print Size Assist inside Max said to render at 10,800 for a 300dpi print.
