daniellg
Hi everyone.... im having trouble placing a sky image on my scene.. im placing it according to a tutorial that i saw around the net in which you use a standard skylight with a sky image map, and a gamma&gain map for the environment with the same sky as submap and as i followed the instructions, this was the result: it renders only a small portion of the sky ( the file is 10000x6000). Then i tried correcting it by changing the tiling values in the submap of the gamma&gain, and this was the result: i tried lots of differents tiling values but i cant find to place it in the right position... any advice? thanks! Tom Sproule
Hi, it's a bit hard to say. Please say which render engine you are using and upload a thumbnail of the maps you are using. Thanks, Tom
Chris MacDonald
I'd hazard a guess you've not set your mapping to spherical?
