Hi Everyone,

I hope your having a great Day.

I have a problem and I was wondering if any of you have seen something similar to this and maybe provide me with some guidence. :)

When rendering on the A360 Service from Autodesk, I´m getting this strange black artifacts.

I don´t have any objects intersected, and the materials pretty standard MR.

When I render it locally, the black artifacts dont show and everythink looks fine.

If anyone have crossed before with this please sent me some comments.

Thanks a lot.

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well!

The black artifacts in your A360 render might happen for a few reasons. Here are some simple fixes to try:

  1. Materials: A360 might not work well with your current materials. Try using basic or standard Autodesk materials to see if it helps.

  2. Lighting: Check your lights—sometimes the brightness or shadow settings can cause strange effects. Adjust them and test again.

  3. Geometry Issues: Even if things look fine, there might be small problems like flipped surfaces or overlapping parts. Use a tool to check and clean the model.

  4. Render Resolution: If you're rendering at a very high resolution, try lowering it and see if the problem goes away.

  5. A360 Settings: Clear the A360 cache or reset the settings. Sometimes, re-uploading the file with a new name can help too.

  6. Software Updates: Make sure both your Autodesk software and A360 are updated to the latest versions.

If none of this works, try rendering in another program to check if the issue is specific to A360.
