Chris MacDonald
Have you tried turning your computer off and back on?
raghudubey
these maybe very basic checks, but can you confirm if the materials have any roughness settings on? Secondly, what is the noise threshold when you render?
Francisco Penaloza
What render engine are you using?? Can you post your settings? and explain a little about your scene, we can help but we are not magicians here
creativeinspiration
If you are using v-ray then check your noise threshold. change that value into 0.01 or 0.001 Or if you are using vray 3.00 then turn off Probabilistic light in Global switches tab
Francisco Penaloza
Probabilistic light[/b] in Global switches tab I think it is better to have a better understanding of the scene and factors involved in this project instead of giving random or uninformed suggestions. Also I read lot of people just saying to disable a feature that was actually create to speed up rendering time. You only need to put the same amount of lights in your scene in the probabilistic lights control and you'll get faster render time and no noise. Simple. By default probabilistic light is setup to 16 that is an average number for average scenes but if you read the manual you'll understand how the system work. And all these assuming that this guy is using V Ray, maybe is mental ray, or Arnold or Corona, who knows.
