Eric
http://www.tawbaware.com/maxlyons/ I'm curious if any of you have ever come across this guy's website. It's basically a glorified panoramic image, but I think it's pretty intrigueing none the less. Does this have any benefit for 3D renderings? Or will rendering regions basically accomplish the same thing without having to mess with stitching images together? Frankly, I've never messed with rendering out ultra high-res renderings, so I haven't given it much thought. Anyway, I was amazed by this guy's photos. Here's links to a couple others I found as well by doing a google search for High Resolution Panoramic. http://www.caldwellphotographic.com/MosaicTutorial.html http://www.slrobertson.com/article-stitched-mosaics.htm
