3DsMax crashes when try to render

Hi,

First of all I want to say that i'm new in this story, i'm learning, so please forgive me if i ask some dumb questions..

I have problem, when i try to render my scene, after few seconds MAx just crashes. Every time when i try, when the message ''Preparing ray server'' apear in the message box software just close.

Please, do you have idea what can be the problem?

I will attach my scene, and you can try to render it, just to see what will happen.

Maybe the problem is in my computer, not in the file.

looks like a software issue

 

it says you are using a student version of 3dsmax and vray2?

 

I would contact Autodesk & Chaosgroup, check you have the latest service packs and your licences are working correctly.

Yes, it's student version of Max, and V ray 3.00.07

I think the problem is my weak computer. Only 4GB of RAM, and dual core processor. But i'm not sure.

What do you think guys?

There may be different requirements for different versions of max. Find out what version you are using and see if your computer is up for the task.
