How to find or search for certain wall types in a project?

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to locate all of the Alucobond in a Revit project, rather than manually looking through in 3D and sections, etc, is there any way I can search to find/highlight it all?

Late reply...sorry.

An easy thing to do would be setup a wall schedule based on materials. Then adjust the schedule to sort by material. Then make sure you uncheck itemize. Finally, open a 3D view and the wall schedule at the same time and click the alucabond in the schedule and it should highlight them all in the model.
