Francisco Penaloza
Just model the whole thing as it is in real life, V Ray will reproduce the lighting correctly. Remember that all those surface are not perfectly flat, so try to add some soft bump or distortion to the mesh it self so all those reflections are not perfect mirror as they would if you just do a fast modeling and shading. Francisco Penaloza
I think a chrome like material should do, most of those plastic devices like lamp use a chrome looking material to reflect light. Without knowing much of the shape of that object I created something similar, with a shiny plastic outside and a chrome material on the inside. then placed two VRay lights tinted purple color/bluish. then just enhance with glow and glare effect.
