64gb Workstation Build

Looking to build a new 64gb workstation and so far (just through googling / speaking to people) have sourced the below motherboard, ram and processor which i think will do the job?:

Having never built a pc before (and to be honest i might give all the parts to professional to build) i am now stuck as to what to look at next and what will go best with the above?

 

Currently use Corona for still images with the potential of short animations, along with CAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Photoshop etc …with a max budget of £1500

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
