Looking to buy GOBOXX SLM 15 - am I wasting money?

Hi, first post so greetings all and please forgive any faux-pas...

 

I'm an architect and use mainly Archicad, Sketchup, Photoshop and MSOffice. I'm quite computer savvy but certainly cannot build a machine, or know the difference between processors apart from whats written on them...

 

The unit i'm looking at is the GOBOXX SLM 15 is $3.7K for these specs are in summary:

Is there a better/ cheaper option out there??

 

Whilst ideally I need a professional looking machine, I work freelance in Africa so a 'Gamey' looking unit would not be the end of the world...
