Eric
I have a new client that would like their handwriting incorporated into their CAD drawings - their office does everything by hand, and all of their drawings have a very artistic feel to them. I suggested to them that they let me create their custom font. So... Has anyone created their own font library using scanned images of someone's handwriting? I have done it before, a couple years ago. However, I can't seem to find a free font-editor for some reason. Of course, now that I'm typing this message, I realized I've neglected to search google for "font editor", which actually found some good hits. Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions for a good free font editor?

mbr
Not free, of course. Never seen a 'free' editor, but never looked.
Eric
The font I created previously was done using either a demo version, or a free version. I just can't seem to find it now to download as it's been so long since I used it.
Crazy Homeless Guy
maybe this page is a good starting place.... a mix of apps, free and pay, and tutorials, and foundry's. http://cgm.cs.mcgill.ca/~luc/editors.html
Eric
Perfect!! Think I might have found the program I previously used through one of the links. Thanks so much!
