Tool Offset

Tell me, please, a tool in 3D Max, creating a new figure similar to AutoCAD Offset, proportionally changed in all directions. The attached picture shows that the 3D Max scaling tool did not give the desired result, although I used the Offset section in it.

According to your personal data, you are on this site since 2010 and for me it is very unclear why you have not heard about the Avardes that take place every year on this site. It's possible that I misunderstood you, because I read and write in English using an online translator. And if you have not really heard about the annual Avard, then click on the link at the very bottom of the main page of the site and see a huge number of works sent to this competition, all of them interesting and good, nominees are already selected and winners will be announced soon. I asked this question in the hope of learning more about this competition, for example, it's strange to me that the author himself decides to send a job or not, there are other confusing moments. But despite this, I ventured to send my work and she was enrolled to my joy, she will not get an avar, but I was interested in the process of participation.
