Francisco Penaloza
Could you post some screenshots of your scene setup? also rendering settings. it is very hard to debug without more information.
TomD_Arch
There a literally so many things that could be causing this, I have to agree with Francisco above, this is probably an instance where we would need more information to help. It could be the materiel that the light is reflecting off of behind it, it could be the GI settings, but it may also be the light setting itself. Have you tried deleting the light from the scene and creating a new one? Maybe use a material override and turn everything a medium gray?

Casey Hawley
Is the light inside geometry, or possibly right on the edge? Or maybe it's those tiny omni lights at the ends of the lights. Basically, you don't want the point of emission (the very center of the light) to be inside geometry, or snapped exactly to a face. Also, your render settings look non-standard, especially the Light Cache settings. If your light positioning is good, reset the render settings to default.
