Senior and Lead Salaries in Visualization

Hi guys, i'm currently doing a small survey for the company I work for. We are expanding our team and looking to hire some more Seniors and even a Lead artist. We are in Canada and they aren't a lot of people working our field in Montreal. Most company here do video games and vfx. We doing mostly interior visualisations and product images for online sells. Our HR department hired a company that only did the average of all 3D artist which is not what we want... I'm asking you guys what you think would be an average salary for these job titles. I'm looking more about Canadian/US reference but I'm also curious to know about the european range for these jobs.
