Sketchrender
I recently had a fright, the External Hard drive I generally use for all back up fell off the top of my desktop , which I keep on the ground as it is monster Dell precision 690, but it stopped dead. I luckily had another back up buffilo system which i would back up every week. Anyway , i decided to invest in a iomega Storcentre ix2 Cloud edition €240 . It has 2 no 1 tb drives, and I am saving on to that on a regular basis and it is mirrored so it saves to both, incase one goes down. It also is on the cloud (I hate that word) as it is now on the network in other words it also online. So I can go in over the net and take things off from home if i want. So far it is a good system. So what other systems are people using to back up? Phil
dande
I'm currently just using an external hard drive. But I need to move to a better system. The iomega one sounds good. I think I'll look into that. Thanks for sharing that.
Sketchrender
Online by the way means ........... You would have install the Iomiga software on your other machine to access it. So going through the net I thought would be obious by unfortunitly not. Phil
