Cannot Access Site or wp-admin - Plugin Issue?

Hi There,

I hope this isn't too stupid of a question. I'm not any kind of computer professional, but I run a website.

I use a few plugins on my WP site, namely ninjaforms, which is where I think the problem might be. Everything was working fine until I logged in on my phone last night to view form submissions, and now my website won't load, and I can't access wp-admin either. I don't think that I edited anything, but something has to have changed.

The prevailing wisdom seems to be changing the name of the plugins file in my cPanel file manager to "plugins2" or "plugins.hold" and trying again, but that hasn't changed anything.
