learn American standard architecture documentation online​

Hi,

I''m an architect working freelance for an american development company (I'm not in the US).

I mostly do conceptual design with basic documentation and visualization.

lately the need and option for me to do construction documents and permits on the project I'm doing has risen.

is there any place online, I can properly and professionally learn the rules and process of creating and submitting official permits and documents according to American standards (a real course not just a list of 10 tips..)?
