Elliot Posted January 3, 2005 Author Share Posted January 3, 2005 Brian, Thanks for the information. I knew about these people. However, I also know that on Max 5 there was a free XGL import filter. I don't see that filter on Max 6. I wonder if there was a disagreement between Reality Wave and Discreet over the filter. I have deviced a workflow to send the SW files into 3D Max but it is quite tedious. I use SolidWORKS quite a lot. SW exports on XGL. I wish I could get the files directly from SolidWORKS into 3D MAx.
