Support for job post 'bundle'

It could be my spam filters, or something else, but I'm struggling to get support from CGArchitect.

We signed up for the $599 job posting bundle and have had reasonable success with a couple of our adverts, but the third one (for a motion graphics/post production/after effects person) has had few applicants. I therefore need to re-design/re-word the job description.

However, now that my job description has lapsed, it seems I am unable to edit/duplicate the advert, or create a new one. The bundle gives me three job postings and a duration of 6 months. I guess I assumed we could have up to three job postings live at any one time for 6 months. Is this not the case?

I am having no luck getting replies from support on this, so wondered if the forum might be a better place to look?
