Cut-out objects NO people.

On the web you can find a lot of 2d objects like characters and objects without background.

Kind of like https://www.mrcutout.com/foregrounds but more complex.

I want to ask about similar ones containing city scenes, streets in perspective. Not backgrounds, textures, like the sky for example. Something like this is practically impossible to find. Not only free, but also paid. Does anyone know of anything similar? Or does such a thing even exist? I hope I'm not being too demanding, maybe everyone does it themselves by composing in Photoshop?
