3d Studio Max equivalent of Knife Project tool from Blender

Blender has nice tool that projects vertices and edges from mesh B to mesh A in such a way, that projected vertices and edges become part of mesh A. As opposed to Conform modifier in 3D Studio Max, where projected mesh is just layed on top of another one.

Does 3ds max have equivalent tool for this?
