miguel1900
Hi everyone, As someone who has been offering immersive, interactive architectural visualizations—both with and without VR—I’m very interested in knowing how the community is responding to these emerging technologies. My projects focus on creating (with Unreal Engine) hyper-realistic, game-like environments where clients can fully explore and interact with spaces, offering a much deeper level of engagement than static renders. One thing I’ve noticed in my work is that these interactive experiences often lead to quicker decision-making and stronger emotional connections with the design. I’ve seen how it helps clients visualize and understand spaces more intuitively. Is this something that you or your clients have started exploring? Do you think there’s growing interest in these kinds of immersive experiences within your projects? If this approach hasn’t caught your attention yet, what do you think is missing? What would it take for you or your clients to adopt these types of interactive visualizations? Given how fast technology is advancing, I believe immersive visualization is becoming the future of architectural presentations, offering more engaging and dynamic ways to experience designs. It’d be great to hear your thoughts on the potential of these tools. On a side note, I usually base my pricing on a cost per square meter, but I’d love to hear how others in the industry are structuring their pricing for similar services and how much you charge for them. Looking forward to your insights and feedback! Thank you very much for reading, and best regards! Edited September 29 by miguel1900
