After some jobs in cgarchitecture world, it seems to be hard to evaluate correctly how much time you need to make such or such image or model...And it seems to be a capital factor in th quality of th renderings.... Make two simple axonometric views (from both sides) and you'll have a lot less problems calculating the production time of the model. Devide the whole design into parts of a few hours, next make the count. When on a job record the time you spent on each part! Study your own results, learn from them, optimize them.
