I would like to know what are you think about the buildings, and to show to some people (not all) that we don´t live in the middle of the jungle with guerrilla in every corner. The first two images are from a chapel.

Cesar
The last four images. The first one (the sunset image) is from an university library. The second one and the third one are from two urban parks in Medellin. And the last one (The brick building) is an example of a very common apartment building in the city, almost the 80% of the architecture in Colombia is in this red ceramic brick. salf
really nice images, colombia keeps a good architecture level, not like us, we lived our golden age in the 50s-70s, and its been downhill since then. Is that the "plaza de los deseos" ?, Thats a nice plaza, I think it won some awards in there, whats the info of that book, I might look for it in here, and how good is it?, does it have also floorplans ? Cesar
Salf you are right, Sadly i can´t find nice pictures, this one and the other park (Parque the los pies descalzos) are from the same architect, i like more the second one (the building with the sand garden and stones), again i only have this ugly picture, but i´m going this week to take some pictures of this building to post here, besides in front of this building are another interesting building, very high tech. The name of the book is.... is not a book, is a magazine, and its curious because is from Dominican Republic, a very well designed magazine and with very interesting texts. The name is "AAA" (Archivos de Arquitectura Antillana) the number its the 019 named "Arq 2004 Colombia". Also has an interview with "Rogelio Salmona" one of the most inportant architects in our country. he won the Alvar Aalto price in 2003.
