ipdesigner
*i have this project, a majles or living room, given two days ago and i have started already the model yesterday plus design, but my mind is stacked up with some "other works". i have a wideeee work load here in my company so its too hard for me to come up with designs. i did only the main idea of the whole thing, as a concept the client wants something "simple but elegant" (hard to find out though), my colleague saw one image and said that its already "heavy" as a design, to think im still 15-20% of the process...pls help, how to cope up this..i only have 3-4 days remaining, design+rendering+presentations...all advices are very much appreciated..thnx in advance!! *i have attached three views of the room, just dont mind the colors..it is still initial, floor are marble plus carpet.. mohamedberry
well... i think if you need a simple design then u should forget about the ceiling's molding, a simple cove light will do. i think you have to think about fixed furniture like a fire place or something to give the room some feeling. the opennings are poor, why dont u use a full hight windows ? use thin high strips i think. and ohh, from experience, use any dark wood type (like wingee) in your design (like doors, windows frames, tables and even as a cladding)
