global UVW?

Hopefully this is an easy question...

 

I was just wondering if there is a way to scale a material globally, so it will have the correct proportions throughout my scene. It would be easier for me to scale my brick material once instead of adding a UVW modifier to all of my walls and re enter the scale. The scale of brick never changes, but I guess I'll need to position the map at some point.
