archigram in architecture (dissertation)

hi guys hope everyone is well....

 

im just finishing off my proposal for my degree dissertation and am planning on doing archigram in architecture. did archigram affect architecture? are some archigram projects been built now? why did they do archigram was it for fun or more? does concept architecture (archigram etc) become real architecture as materials and building techniques develop?

 

if any one has any further questions i should ask please let me know, or if you have any comments about the subject , im hoping this can be an on going post where i update it with interviews and comments i recieve from industry designers and architects, including some of the archigram team who i have emailed, anyhow cheers in advance
