3danim8d
Hi, I desperately need to find a Win98 SE boot floppy image so I can flash my BIOS on my Motherboard. I can't find mine at the moment and need to try and get a system functioning so I can get some work done before an interview next week. Is there a 'safe' place where I can download one and then put it on a floppy somehow? Here's a quesiton, if no one has floppy drives anymore in the future, how is anyone supposed to Flash update any of their hardware? Thanks in advance for all your help. 3danim8d
Kainoa, Thanks for the Link. I did find that site with google and a number of others that looked very suspect and wanted to check everyone's experience and see who you guys recommended and a good 'safe' site to get the image from. I tried searching the boards becuase I thought this had come up before, but I didn't find anything, but I may have been too specific in my search terms. Thanks again, if everyone thinks bootdisk.com is a good site, I'll try thier Win98SE image. Thanks again, Jeff

Christopher Nichols
If you are using WindowsXP, when you format the floppy, you can specify to make it a bootable floppy. Works great, had no problems with it. no image need, all compatible with everything.
kainoa
You can format a bootable floppy in Win98SE as well. But the image on bootdisk.com also comes with other useful utilites. Actually, your WinXP install CD should be bootable, no need for a floppy.
