1600 x 1200 video quality

Has anyone had any experience using an Albatron GeForce Ti4600 running at 1600 x 1200 resolution?

 

For various reasons I'm being limited to that brand for a machine that my new employer is having built for my use. I've read that image quality can suffer when the manufacturers don't follow nVidia's reference design exactly. Since I'm running at 1600 I'm a little concerned about that.

 

(Since this is a "gaming" card, the image quality information that I've found in reviews is basically limited to the various AA/Aniso options.)
