mtb0506
Mark, what software are you using? i'm going to assume its autocad. in that case the hatch patterns go in the "support" folder. the default is C:\Program Files\Autocad(whichever version)\support. mark68
I dragged the file to the support folder but i noticed it is a drawing file. What type of file should it be? I can't find it in my drop down box when I hatch an object. Any suggestions? thanks Eddie
BenWilson
go to c:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\Application Data\Autodesk\(AutoCAD or LT version)\enu\support you then need to add your new hatch data to the end of files (open in notepad):- acad.pat acadiso.pat make sure you save both as the original file extension, not .txt like notepad will want you to. your new hatches should now be in with the rest when you open up autocad.
