Jeff Mottle
Roland, This is not a simple problem and requires that both your monitor and your printer are calibrated. Search the forums for monitor calibration and ICC profile and you should find some useful information. For monitor calibration, go and get a ColorVision Spyder Pro Studio package. We just got the latest one at work and it is much better than the older ones.
Nasheet Siddiqui
I had the same problem ,I use corelpaint, I just switched off ICC profile and could get the same RGB profile as was displayed on my monitor, check whether there is an extra bluish tint in the printouts....typical RGB CYMK thing.
