Ph0n33z
Hey bro. So glad to see another user coming to C4D. I am in LOVE with the program, and will never go to anything else! About texture map resizing: There are a couple of ways to do this. The easiest is click on the texture tag of the textured object in the object manager. Once u do this, a bunch of new options will appear in the properties box. ie. mapping types, name, scale, etc. All you have to do is change the tile size for x and y to whatever u want. Thus, bringing it down to 50% will give you half the size as before. About Xfrog. There is a plugin which you can buy from greenworks. The program was made for Cinema4d, so it works perfectly. http://www.xfrogdownloads.com/greenwebNew/news/newStart.htm Hope this helps!
leoA4D
PhOn33z, you noted changing the x and y scale. What about z? (I couldn't find an explanation in the manual.) How about applying a 2'x2' Bluestone (with open joint) texture to an irregular polygon shape (deck) with a hole for a pool? The stones should be fairly close to scale. BTW, I'm addicted to C4D, too and on the curve. Having fun! Cheers.
