Sketchrender
Hi I have been looking into getting an ebook reader. These apparently come in many forms, but I would like to know if anybody has purchased a reader, ie a handheld set. I have looked at the franklin range and there are a number available from RCA too. I know that the palm piolets have a reader option but i find them too small. Since most manuals come in PDF form, and being able to download books staright from the net is so much easier these days . I would like to hear somebody elses opinion. I have been in to a shop in Dublin, Ireland and i got the impression that they are no longer used becuase of PDA like the Palm.......So what do you think. Also is there a cheaper option that 150 euros for a reader seems like a lot too me ? thanks phil
IC
I tried reading a novel on a Palm Pilot and couldn't get comfortable no matter what I did. After about 15 minutes I would give up. So I just went out and bought the book. I also like having books and music in a form I can touch and see. I won't be joining the music download scene either. Just doesn't feel right. Think I probably spend about 2 hours a week browsing in music and book shops. It's the only form of shopping I DO enjoy.
